" I would just like to begin by saying we gave Alex and Kerry what I thought was a very difficult task as we had decided to put an offer in and buy a property that Alex had shown us before we even put our other property on the market. Buying a property before you have sold your old one is not ideal due to the time constraints and the narrow window of opportunity we had to secure a buyer for our old place. We spoke with Alex and Kerry, and they filled us with the confidence we needed that they could secure a quick sale for us and that is exactly what they did. We were thrilled it was sold so quickly and are also delighted with the purchase we made through them. They were on hand to talk us through the whole process. " Well what can i say, thank you so much Alex for all your help with buying our property in Spain, you helped us from start to finish with the purchase of our apartment in Formentera Del Segura. Alex made everything stress free for us, picked us up and took us to look around properties within our budget. Right from the start from negotiating the price and securing the apartment for us to collecting our keys, picking us up at the airport and taking us to our new apartment, everything went like clockwork. What a fantastic job he does, was always in touch every step advising and explaining things, putting us in touch with lawyers in Scotland and in Spain, even after we moved in he is still checking up to see if we are okay and we can contact him at any time if we have any questions which we often do! He and his wife Kerry are lovely people who both go out their way to support you through the whole process, even meeting for coffee which was lovely! " I will just start by saying WOW!! When we ventured on this journey 18 months ago and got in touch with Alex we never ever expected such a fantastic experience. We were both very nervous about buying a property in Spain having heard numerous horror stories so were rather sceptical about what we were going to experience. Straight away Alex made us feel comfortable, he was honest and easy to speak to and any questions you had no matter how silly he answered in simple terms and explained things properly. He was very patient when we probably asked him the same thing more than once! We bought our property off-plan and took over a year before we got the keys but Alex contacted us regularly and gave us updates. We went over to meet both him and Kerry more than once and they went out of their way to make us welcome and spent time with us without us feeling that we were troubling them. They held our hands through the whole process & I cannot thank them both enough for what they did for us going above and beyond their roles and at times it was stressful but they were amazing. " We originally met Kerry when she sold our friends house that we were keyholding for. We were really impressed with her professional and friendly attitude and how at ease she was with people. A very genuine person that we both liked straight away. When we were ready to sell our house, Kerry came round and gave us a valuation, then arranged to come back to take photos. We were delighted with how our advert looked and Kerry & Alex arranged to bring viewers that same week. As we had decided to stay in Spain, Kerry started to show us some properties that she thought we would like and ones we had asked to see too. However, it was her 'Wild Card' that completely blew us away and was totally different to what we thought we would go for this time, but she had been picking up on things that we were saying and doing as we went around other places and somehow managed to fit it all together like a mystery jigsaw puzzle!! We couldn't believe our luck the following day when we received an offer on our place, that we accepted and as it was obviously meant to be, we made an offer on Kerry's 'Wild Card' and were over the moon when she called to say it had been accepted too. " My husband and I are from North Carolina and came to Spain to buy a holiday home and were fortunate enough to discover Alex. He has been a godsend for us coming into this process as first time international home buyers. Alex was able to share his experience and information about vacation rentals and home buying to help us make the right decision on the right property. In fact, we wouldn’t have even found our property without Alex because he’d found out the property was going on the market the next day. We were able to be the first to see it and snagged it at a great price. Alex also helped us out in practical ways such as rides to properties, stopping at a shop to get some necessities for our stay. He has offered to help us with airport transportation when we come back. As we have been doing a lot of the paperwork from the States, Alex has been invaluable with checking to make sure the utilities were turned on and the plumbing works. He’s gone over there to help us get an idea of what we will need to buy to get the place ready for our return. Having someone like Alex to be our eyes and feet on the ground has been most helpful and allows us to relax knowing someone we trust is nearby. " We gave Alex and Kerry the requirements for the type of property we were after. The communication at all times was fantastic and several viewings soon followed.
