" I will just start by saying WOW!! When we ventured on this journey 18 months ago and got in touch with Alex we never ever expected such a fantastic experience. We were both very nervous about buying a property in Spain having heard numerous horror stories so were rather sceptical about what we were going to experience. Straight away Alex made us feel comfortable, he was honest and easy to speak to and any questions you had no matter how silly he answered in simple terms and explained things properly. He was very patient when we probably asked him the same thing more than once! We bought our property off-plan and took over a year before we got the keys but Alex contacted us regularly and gave us updates. We went over to meet both him and Kerry more than once and they went out of their way to make us welcome and spent time with us without us feeling that we were troubling them. They held our hands through the whole process & I cannot thank them both enough for what they did for us going above and beyond their roles and at times it was stressful but they were amazing. We are so thankful for what they did and consider them both as friends now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
